Shipping Rates via UPS

Standard Shipping

  • 3 to 5 business days
  • All items are shipped via UPS.
  • Items may only be shipped to a physical address, not a PO Box.

Refunds on Shipping Charges

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping charges to your credit card. For shipping charge refunds without a receipt, you must provide the original order number.

Delivery Time

We usually process orders within 24 hours, but in some cases it can take up to 48 hours. To calculate when you will receive your order, you need to consider the processing time as well as the shipping method you selected. Example: If you selected UPS Ground Service, your total delivery time will be 2 days processing time + 3-5 days shipping time, so you can expect to receive your order 5-7 business days after you placed it.

Please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Jill B. Nimble reserves the right to hold orders for review.
Jill B. Nimble reserves the right to cancel orders containing information that cannot be verified.
Jill B. Nimble does not accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States.
A business day is Monday though Friday, except holidays.

U.S. Only Shipping

Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship or bill orders outside of the United States, or accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States. If you are outside of the U.S., please send us an email requesting information on how to purchase our merchandise outside the United States at staff@jillbnimble.com.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Purchase History Status

The following order status definitions will help you understand your Jill B. Nimble Purchase History better. You may view your Purchase History under My Account.

Pending - Your order has been placed on the site, but items have yet to ship.

Partially Shipped - At least one item on your order has shipped and there are additional item(s) pending shipment.

Shipped - Every item on your order has shipped.

Cancelled - All items on your order were cancelled prior to shipment.

All shipping methods are completed on business days only, Monday-Friday.

Returning JillBNimble.com orders

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment whenever possible. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.

We reserve the right to limit returns.

Price Adjustments: A one-time price adjustment will be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Include with the item returned:

  • Why you are returning the item.
  • Original order number
  • The purchases name, address, and telephone number.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Jill B. Nimble will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.

Refund Information for JillBNimble.com

  • We strive to process all returns within 2 business days of receipt at the warehouse.
  • Refunds will be processed to the form of payment used on the original order if at all possible. Credit card refunds will go back to the original card if the request is made within 50 days of original purchase. Allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If the request is made later than 50 days from the original purchase, they will be made via PayPal, our payment processor. An email will be sent to the address used during the original transaction. Follow the instructions on the email to obtain your refund.
  • If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, balance will first be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged, and then to the Gift Card or Product Voucher.
  • Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
  • Gift-packaging charges cannot be refunded.
  • All requests for refunds must be made in writing. Use the Contact Jill link above, or email to staff@jillbnimble.com. Please put "Refund Request" in the subject line.
  • Refunds for Training Programs - Requests for refunds must be made 3 days prior to the start date of the program to receive a full refund. If a request for refund is made after this 3 day period but before the end of the first week of training, the refund will be made minus a 20% processing fee. In the second week of training, the refund will be made, minus a 50% processing fee. In the third week of training, the refund will be made, minus a 75% processing fee. No refunds will be given after the third week of training, except for injury or illness with medical documentation (with a 20% processing fee). For refund requests made after the first team meeting, the refund request will be processed after the athlete has returned all team materials to the coach (including written materials and any team premiums received).
  • Refunds for Clinics and Camps - Refunds or exchanges can be given if submitted in writing no later than 3 days prior to the start of the clinic. No refunds will be given after this date.
