Training That is More Than a Workout

Coach Liz Sinna
Empowering, enriching and encouraging people in helping them choose to make fitness a part of their lifestyle is what I enjoy the most in the work I do.

Which Program?

For many events we have multiple training options. Pick the one that suits your current level of fitness, skills, training knowledge and motivation.

  • Group Training  - Our complete program. Suitable for everyone.
  • Skills Clinics  - Learn or improve skills. For self motivated athletes looking to improve on one or more areas.
  • Weekly Workouts  - Drop into our team training sessions. Great for a tune up, or off season.

A challenging workout plan is important to a training program. Just as important are finding the time and motivation to workout, learning the special skills, overcoming fears and making sense of your nutritional needs while training.

Challenging Workouts

Our workouts are designed to challenge you - with adjustments for your strengths - whether your are having a strong day or are particularly strong on one sport.

Better Motivation

Training in a group offers better interaction, motivation, support and success than training on your own. Our training sessions include group activities that will motivate you to make your workouts a higher priority in your schedule.

Flat Tire, No Problem

We teach key sport skills with instruction and demonstration then let you experience the skill with the support of your coach, workout leaders and sister athletes. We then encourage you to analyze your results and work to help make you better. We do all this with the love and understanding you expect from a women's training company.

Join Thousands of Jills

We have successfully trained thousands of women to complete their first big event like a triathlon — many of whom didn't yet identify themselves as athletes, or hadn't done any organized event before. Be our next Jill.

After topping the last hill, I saw the finish chute, and my teammates all lined up along the way. I ran all the way down and gave everyone of them a high five as I ran to the finish. It was the best feeling. I can't wait to do another team with my teammates again.
