Over the years, our athletes have told us that having a coaching team and a group of like-minded peers turns the transformative training process into a fun, inclusive, and motivating experience.
With each new skill acquired, each new hurdle crossed, our teams celebrate the individual and group progress and become more cohesive. We know that Nimble groups bond as a community that goes beyond team workouts.
The web is full of workout plans, schedules, techniques and equipment for new and experienced athletes. Some people do take advantage of those resources to accomplish their goals. For the vast majority of us, the single biggest obstacle is motivation. Old habits are hard to break, and new ones hard to form. We have found at Nimble Training that the structure provided by the program and coach, combined with the commitment of working out with the team, keeps athletes coming to the trainings. That establishes and ensures new, healthy behavior patterns that result in goal achievement. We've also seen that once the training / event is over, teams miss the community and continue to meet, often registering for the next Nimble training opportunity. Some of our coaches have followed that path from neophyte athlete to certified professional.

The camaraderie was great. The thing that I still love is that there are so many little goals you can set along the way. This year, it was just completing the race, but now it's so cool, there are lots of ways to challenge yourself.
