Barb's Race starts with a swim of 1.2 miles, then a bike ride of 56 miles, and then a run of 13.1 miles.
Even if you can't join our team to train for the event, you can benefit from the weekend workouts. Most workouts start at 7:00 a.m. on Saturdays with one Sunday. Most bike workouts include a 2 to 3+ hour bike ride, unless noted diferently. Most "brick workouts" include a 3 hour bike ride with at least a 20 minute run. You can choose to just do cycling or do both sports (price stays the same whichever you choose). Confirm with Coach Erin if you have any questions about dates.
Our workouts and team are led by Coach Erin, a USATriathlon Level 1 certified coach who knows the Barb's Race course very well and can help you in your preparation.
