Maybe you have thought you could never participate in a local 5K run/walk, or you have always wanted to but haven't had friends to do it with you. Well, this program is just for you. Join our Couch to 5K training program where you will be coached, cheered, encouraged, and taught how to not only complete 3.1 miles but how to do it while having a great time.

Training Programs Begins: 7/14/10

Race Date: 8/14/10

Group Training Days: Wednesdays, 7:00 – 8:00 pm

Training Location: Milwaukee Northshore

Race Location: Milwaukee Downtown

Progressive training plan consisting of:

  • 1 Group Training Day/Week (1 hour)
  • 3 Days/Week Walking/Running
  • 1-2 Days/Week Suggested Cross Training
