Train for the Ukiah Triathlon on our Co-Ed Triathlon Team and finish with a smile!

Complete 9-week Training Program, including:

  • Complete Training Plan each week
  • Swim Technique clinics
  • Open Water Swim clinics and practice
  • Transition practice
  • Cycling Skills clinics
  • Hydration/Nutrition clinic
  • Practice Triathlon
  • Coached Site Visit to Ukiah
  • Premier Team Support the day of the race (fan support and team party)

Coached workouts 1-3 times a week by USA Triathlon certified coaches.

Most workouts are on weeknights to fit your busy schedule.

Meeting dates include Orientation Week, Tuesday 7/20 6:00 p.m., Wednesday 7/21 6:30 p.m. and Thursday 7/22 6:00 p.m. Swim Clinics will be on Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. (7/24 and 8/14). Swim every Monday night at 6:00 p.m. and have an occasional Wednesday night practice in conjunction with the Jill B. Nimble Tri Team. 15 sessions in all, including a site visit to Ukiah on 8/28.

I love demystifying the three sports of the triathlon. I enjoy breaking down the elements and sharing them with my new athletes, then “seeing the light bulbs go on”. Entering a new sport is very intimidating and I love being able to take the intimidation out of it. I also love sharing fitness because our lives are so greatly affected by good health and doing it as part of a group truly improves ones success. I love seeing women discover the athlete within themselves. I love to see the fire!!!
