If you want to run fast, you have to train fast. The best way to train fast is to train with other people. Train with our group to learn the biomechanics of running faster; strengthen your core to handle the speed; challenge yourself to new levels; and be supported by your coaches and peers.

This group training program is designed for men and women ages 14 years and up who would like to improve their run performance. Whether you have completed a 5K in 20 minutes or in 35 minutes running faster will never be easier than when you train with Nimble Training.

This program is unique in that it will use an actual 5K race (Walk and Run for Wishes) as your Pre-Test 5K time. This finishing time will then be used throughout your training. The training program then culminates with another 5K race (Susan G. Komen) to really put your training efforts to the test.

Group Training Days:  Saturdays, 8:00 - 9:30 a.m.

Training Location:  Milwaukee North Shore

Race Locations:  Milwaukee Lakefront

Pre-program Criteria:  Participants must be able to complete a 5K under 45 minutes by the start of the 5k training program (8/21/10).

Race entry fee is not included.
