Train with us to have an awesome fall running experience. Complete with a Run Your Fastest 5K program, building to a 5 mile event, and culminating with a 15K (9.3 miles) this all-inclusive run program is guaranteed to challenge, support, encourage, and train you to have the best fall run fun you’ve ever had.

This 10-week progressive training plan designed for men and women ages 14 years and up who would like to focus on their run performance.

Group Training Days: Saturdays, 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. and TBA

Training Location: Milwaukee North Shore

Race Locations: Milwaukee Lakefront

  • Progressive Weekly Training Plan
  • Water Bottle
  • Lace Locks
  • Technical Shirt
  • Race Weekend Support

Pre-program Criteria: Participants must be able towalk 3 miles under 45 mins. by the start of the 5k training program (8/21/10).

Buddy Special: Receive 20 Nimble Bucks when you sign up with a friend.

It is possible for participants to train for a single portion of the Trifecta. Those options include:
