Coaches Arlene Vinzon and Eugenia Luvizaro invite Jill Alumnae (women who have trained with Jills in the past) and current club members to to join them in the Jill B. Nimble South Bay Training Club. The Club set up makes it easy to flex to your busy schedule and your unique budget.

Training workouts are designed to help prepare women athletes for the various triathlons and Barb's Race (Half-Ironman distance individual and relay events) on July 31, 2010. Or choose to enjoy the group and super workouts (without the training program).

Jills training with us with the Training Program will receive:

  • Two Group Training Sessions/Week - Tuesday Evening and Saturday Morning
  • 4 Open Water Swim Team Workouts once a month at Bonelli Park in San Dimas
  • Daily training plan so you know exactly what to do each day of the week
  • Swim, Bike, Run and Transition Skills Training
  • Mini-Triathlon

Training will begin April 12th and take you all the way to Race Day, July 31, 2010.

Unparalleled team support and outstanding preparation - you won't find a training program like ours for this price anywhere! Club monthly fee is $50/month if you select one month at a time. Sign up for 3 months and save 15% ($43/month). Sign up for 6 months and save 20% ($39.17/month). Choose from the following options:

  • JBN South Bay Tri Club Current Member: Regular monthly fee plus $50 flat fee for half-ironman complete training program.
  • JBN South Bay Tri Club Alumnae (Alumnae have completed Jill B. Nimble program in past years but have not yet signed up for the club): $75 one-time club fee, regular monthly fee plus $99 flat fee for half-ironman complete training program.
  • JBN South Bay Tri Club Workouts: Just work out, monthly fee of $50
  • Please note: In order for all registered Jills to get the most out of this training, we ask that all athletes registering for this event be experienced triathletes and have a road bike. (Relay team members must be experienced in events for their particular sport.) By the start of their first training session with the team, all athletes must be able to swim 800 yards continuously, bike 15 miles in under an hour and run or run/walk comfortably for 45 minutes continuously.
